About Us
Welcome to Black Mountain BullMastiffs, a small Bullmastiff breeding and show program serving Dallas and North Texas. We are dedicated to producing exceptional Bullmastiffs with excellent structure, temperament, health and breed characteristics—while raising our dogs as beloved family companions. . Our dogs are well socialized and well-mannered house dogs, companions, and protectors. When we are not in the mountains with them we are active in conformation and agility shows and trials.
How it started:
Many years ago as a college junior, I fell in love with the bullmastiff breed. And as soon as I graduated, lived in a place I could have a dog and saved up enough money I bought my very 1st bullmastiff from the legendary Praetorian Bullmastiffs in Northern California. Red Sonia was a great showgirl and an even more amazing go from the mountain to the beach companion to an active young man. Bullmastiffs have and continue to be a large part of my life ever since.
